12 Factors Governing Your Life We all are bounded by the law of nature. The super consciousness which binds this whole universe shows its power of existence everywhere. The consciousness of energy & vibrations always remind us its laws which is equal for everyone, connecting us with the consciousness of oneness, taking us from the world of dualism to the world of unification. The 12 factors or law of nature, consciously or unconsciously are practiced by everyone and these are the powerful tools which can either make us and free us from all worldly illusions through the path of salvation and enlightenment; or it can break us by capturing our consciousness in its vicious cycle of cause and effect. One can knowingly use these factors to attract abundance and divine love in their life and can also choose the divine path of enlightenment and be free from the illusion of duality or one can say “maya”. These 12 factors which govern our life are also described as 12 laws of karmas. Let’s see what these 12 factors are: 1 Cause and Effect Every cause has its effect & every effect has its cause. The consciousness of universe works on the unseen waves of energies & vibrations. Whatever energy & vibrations we send to the universe, the same consciousness of energy comes back to us. If one seeks love, peace & happiness in their life, then he must tune his frequency to these energies. We receive what we give to the universe. Consciously using this factor of cause and effect, one can make his/her life full of abundance, love, peace & happiness. Just give what you want in your life. 2 Creation Universe wants our participation to grow in life. Nothing happens just sitting ideally. Whatever we get in our surroundings is our own creation in our inner state of mind. Carefully designing the creations of our outer world and working on that, helps us in achieving whatever we want in our life. 3 Humility If we focus or see others with some negative character traits, it means we are focused on that negative energy despite being focused on a higher level of consciousness. Whatever we refuse to accept, that comes to us. Accepting everyone & focusing on higher state of consciousness, the negative traits will never bother us. 4 Growth The growth must be from inside. We cannot change people, places or things surrounding us, but we can change ourselves. When growth occurs from inside, universe accept that and changes occurs in surroundings. 5 Responsibility We are responsible for everything, what we have in our life whether positive or negative. The world is the mirror of our inner self. So, we are responsible. By taking responsibility what is in our life, we can change it, in a way we like to have our life. 6 Connection Universe is beyond the perception of dualism. Everything & every incident is connected to each other. Past, present, future everything is connected. For job to be done, every step must be taken. Every step is important to accomplish the task. 7 Focus Focus is a very essential factor governing our life. Energy must be focused on a single task at a time. Focusing on different things at a same time scatters our energy and none of the dreams comes true. 8 Giving and hospitality Whatever energy we put into the universe, that comes back to us. By practicing giving & hospitality one can attract those things in his own life. 9 Here and now Everything is here & now. Whatever one want in his/her life must be felt in ‘here & now’ and that is in present tense. Looking backward take us to the past which prevent us from having new growth. Looking in future, the things remains in future only. Whatever we want must be focused with energy, as if it was already yours. It helps in materializing the things soon. This is the power of here and now. 10 Change Change is the path of growth. It took great effort as it brings us out from our comfort zone. If we don’t accept change, we do the same mistake again and again. 11 Patience and rewards Everything takes its own time to materialize. Along with great effort, patience is also required to see the things materializing. The true happiness comes as a reward which requires lots of patient and persistence along with hard work. 12 Significance and inspiration One get job done & accomplished something, if one put all effort in the form of energy & intent to it. Contribution to something inspires us from within and others too.

Common Features of Obsessions and Compulsions

There are seven common features of obsessions and compulsions. The first three are related to obsessions and worrying in general; the last four are for people who experience both obsessions and compulsions. Listen to which ones fit you.
(1) Your obsessions involve a concern with disastrous consequences. You are usually afraid that some harm will come to you or others. For instance, you'll forget to lock the doors of your house, and someone will break in and harm your family. Or you'll neglect to thoroughly wash your hands, and you'll develop some dreaded disease.
Some people have compulsions, and they don't have that sense of obsession. They don't really know what they're worried about. But usually you will get a sense of dread, like something terrible is going to happen.
(2) There are times when you know your obsessions are irrational. Some people believe their worries are accurate reflections of reality, and it's hard for them to get a perspective. But for most people there are times when you know that your worries are senseless. During good times, when you're not under stress, and you're not involved in your ritual or really worried, you can say, "This is crazy. This doesn't make any sense." You know that you're not really going to get sick if you fail to wash your hands five times. You don't really believe that your boss will humiliate you if you make one typing error. Nonetheless, when you start to worry, you believe those fearful thoughts.
(3) You try to resist your obsessions, but that only makes them worse. You want to get rid of these worries because they cause so much fear. But when you fight these thoughts it often makes them more intense.
This gives us a clue to one of the ways we can start to change this negative pattern. If resisting the thoughts makes them worse, what might help lessen them? ...Believe it or not, accepting your fearful thoughts will help lessen them! We'll talk more about acceptance in a few minutes.
(4) Compulsive rituals provide you temporary relief. Some people just worry, and they don't have compulsive rituals, so this one wouldn't fit them. But when people do use compulsions, they provide relief and restore a sense of relative safety, even if just for a little while.
(5) Your rituals usually involve specific sequences. This means that you often have a set pattern for how you wash, or check or count or think in order to be released from you distressing worries.
(6) You try to resist you compulsions too. If your compulsions are brief, and don't interfere with your daily living, then you can probably tolerate them. But if rituals are inconvenient and take a while to perform, then you probably try to avoid the rituals or to complete them as soon as possible.
(7) You seek out others to help with your rituals. Compulsions can be so distressing that you enlist the help of those close to you. You may ask family members to help count for you, or friends to check behind you, or your boss to please read over a letter before you seal it up.
These seven features should give you a better sense of your symptoms.

Read somewhere, like to share.... One of the most incorrect beliefs that we have acquired since childhood is that to worry is to care, worrying is caring. Our parents are the people whom we grow up with & are closest to in our childhood. As soon as we are born, in fact even before we are born, even when we are in our mother’s womb, they start transmitting the energy of this belief through their thoughts & later on when we are physically present in front of them, through thoughts, words & actions; to us, which we catch, because we being a spiritual energy, not only transmit or radiate but also absorb energy. As we grow up, this false belief keeps reaching us from everyone on a subtle as level as physical level from whom we meet & are close to including our friends, siblings (brothers & sisters), spouse etc. and slowly we start accepting this belief as being completely true & lead our lives according to it & even transmit the same to others. . Worry is fear or anxiety & care is love or concern, they are two opposite emotions which can never exist together at thesame time.


Devotion अर्थात् शरणागति या भक्ति इस प्रकार ये सभी नाम प्रेम के ही हैं।प्रेम ( मोह नहीं ) ही सर्वोच्च भक्ति हैं , प्रेम ही वास्तविक जीवन है, प्रेम में ही बास्तविक सुख है और यही मोक्ष का कारक भी है ।भगवान श्री कृष्ण जी ने भक्ति को सर्वोपरि कहा है लेकिन भक्ति का आधार प्रेम बताया है ।
