Pranic healing and pranic healer in Chandigarh.....

Karma is sum of our action in present life and in the previous births.Thinking is mental Karma.Law of Karma means Law of Causation. With each cause an effect is produced.Desire produces Karma.Behind each action has a desire and thought. We take birth and re-birth to reap the fruits of our Karma. As we sow we reap. Our each thought each word each action is weighed in sclaes of Divine justice. There is a connection between as to what is being done by us right now and what will happen in future.A Neem seed cannot produce a mango tree.
If we sow seed of evil action we will reap pain and suffering ; if good actions we will reap happiness.Whatever we sow by our action it comes back to us..If we make other person happy by displaying kind acts, words, giving charity etc we get fruits of happiness. If we make other person feel sad by doing cruel acts , oppression or insulting we get pain, misery in return…Our action of the past is responsible for our present condition..Our present action will shape our Future…
Thoughts :
Entertain good thoughts and you will be always happy.Entertain evil thoughts and you will be surrounded by unfavourable circumstances.Thoughts makes our character, thoughts materialises and becomes an action..
Conduct :
Conduct also moulds our character..For good conduct a constant vigilance and strong discipline is required. We have to watch our each thought, each word and every action..Pranayam and Mauna(Silence) helps us to control our impulses..Destiny is our own make up…

Types Of Karma  :
1) Sanchita ( Accumulated )
2) Prarabdha ( Fruitifying )
3) Agami ( Current )

Sanchita :

All accumulated Karmas of Past lives.
   It is seen in person’s aptitude , desires,inclinations , character and capacitites…
Prarabdha :

It is portion of Sanchit karma responsible for present body.
It cannot be changed. It is exhausted by experience. We pay our past Debts.
Agami :

Now being made for the future.
Freewill :
We are master and architect of our own future and fortune. We are responsible for our present state.Happiness and sufferings is our own making..We have no freedom to determine the result of our action. But we have freedom to determine the course of our action. What we are at present is the result what we thought and did in past. What we will be in the future will be result of what we think and do now.

The Law of Karma is Law of Cause and Effect.Samsara exists in order that the individual soul may learn to realise itself.Birth is followed by Death and Death by Re-Birth.To attain eternal bliss and immortality…..

Dealing with Worry
Once, a professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it. He held it up for all to see & asked the students,
'How much do you think this glass weighs?' '0.5 kg.!' ....'0.8kg.!' .....'1 kg.!' ......the students answered.
'I really don't know unless I weigh it,' said the professor, 'but, my question is:
“What would happen if I held it up like this for a few minutes?'
'Nothing' the students said.
'OK what would happen if I held it up like this for 1 hour?' the professor asked.
'Your arm would begin to ache' said one of the students.
'You're right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?'
'Your arm could go numb, you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis; have to go to hospital for sure' ventured another student.
All the students laughed.
'Very good. But during all this, did the weight of the glass change?' Asked the professor.
'No,' replied the students.'
'Then what caused the arm ache; the muscle stress? Instead, what should I do?'
The students were puzzled.
'Put the glass down' said one of the students.
'Exactly!' said the professor. 'Life's problems are something like this. Hold them for a few minutes in your head; they seem OK. Think of them for a long time; they begin to ache. Hold them even longer; they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able to do anything.'
It is important to think of the challenges in your life, but EVEN MORE IMPORTANT to 'put them down' at the end of every day before you go to sleep. That way, you are not stressed, you wake up every day fresh, strong, can handle any issue, any challenge that comes your way!

Getting Run Down -  Recharging Your Batteries.
Getting worn out & run down robs you of receiving what you need from the universe.
Our natural state of being is vibrant, happy to be alive. Yet, there can be times when we feel run down & worn out. This does not mean that we are lazy or unfit for the tasks in our lives; it means that we need to recharge our batteries & find a way of keeping them charged. Vitamins & extra rest can be very helpful in restoring our physical bodies. And if we are willing to delve deeper, we may discover that there is an underlying cause for our exhaustion.
Whenever you are feeling run down, take an honest look at how you have been thinking, feeling & acting. You will likely find a belief, behavior pattern or even a relationship that is out of alignment with who you really are. Perhaps you believe you have to be perfect at everything or you have been bending over backwards to get people to like you. Maybe you are dealing with mild depression or simply have too much on your plate right now. There may also be people or situations in your life which are draining your energy. Once you get clear on the root cause, you can weed it out & better direct your flow of energy in the future.
In time, you might notice that the reasons you feel run down have less to do with how much you are doing & more to do with the fact that in your heart, you would rather be doing something else entirely. From now on, try & listen to what your heart really wants. It may take meditation, or just a moment of silent tuning in to gain the clarity you need, but it is well worth the effort. When you know what you truly want to do &d honor that in all situations, you will find that getting run down is a thing of the past.

The Unseen World -  What We Can’t See
Exploring the unseen world can be well worth your while as there are many gifts awaiting you there.
Just because we can’t see something doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist, although this is a common way in which people deny the existence of spirit guides, Masters & other unseen helpers in our lives. However, anyone who has encountered such beings can attest to the fact that they do, indeed, exist, just as our breath exists, keeping us alive, even though we can’t see it. The wind exists, too, but we only know this because we feel it on our skin & hear it moving the leaves on the trees. All around us & within us are things we can’t see & yet we know they are just as real as the grass beneath our feet.
What we see & don’t see may just be a matter of perspective, like the ladybug who sees the leaf on which she sits, but not the tree the leaf grows on, or the person sitting beneath it. And the person beneath the tree may or may not see the ladybug, depending on where he focuses his attention. Still, all of these things, whether seen or not seen by the person or the ladybug, exist in reality. Some people are more gifted at accessing that which we cannot see, but given an open & willing heart, anyone can tune into the invisible realm & begin to find their way.
Human beings have always done this, and it is only recently that we have fallen into distrusting the existence of what we can’t see. If you have lost touch with the unseen world, all you have to do is resolve to open your heart to its existence & it will make itself known. Closing your eyes in meditation & visualization, or engaging the unseen through the written word, are just two ways to welcome the invisible back into your life. Whatever you choose to do, cultivating a relationship with that which you can’t see is a time-honored human practice that can greatly enhance your life.

A STORY:
The Chinese farmer
There is a Chinese story of an old farmer who had an old horse for tilling his fields. One day the horse escaped into the hills and, when all the farmer's neighbors sympathized with the old man over his bad luck, the farmer replied, 'Bad luck? Good luck? Who knows?'

A week later the horse returned with a herd of wild horses from the hills & this time the neighbors congratulated the farmer on his good luck. His reply was, 'Good luck? Bad luck? Who knows?'

Then, when the farmer's son was attempted to tame one of the wild horses, he fell off its back and broke his leg. Everyone thought this very bad luck. Not the farmer, whose only reaction was, 'Bad luck? Good luck? Who knows?'

Some weeks later the army marched into the village and conscripted every able-bodied youth they found there. When they saw the farmer's son with his broken leg they let him off. Now was that good luck? Bad luck? Who knows?

A Story for Thought
"A tale is told about the Gautam. This short story illustrates that every one of us has the choice whether or not to take personal offense from another person's behavior.
It is said that on an occasion when the Buddha was teaching a group of people, he found himself on the receiving end of a fierce outburst of abuse from a bystander, who was for some reason very angry.
The Buddha listened patiently while the stranger vented his rage, and then the Buddha said to the group & to the stranger, "If someone gives a gift to another person, who then chooses to decline it, tell me, who would then own the gift? The giver, or the person who refuses to accept the gift?"
"The giver," said the group after a little thought. "Any fool can see that," added the angry stranger.
"Then it follows, does it not," said the Buddha, "Whenever a person tries to abuse us, or to unload their anger on us, we can each choose to decline or to accept the abuse; whether to make it ours or not. By our personal response to the abuse from another, we can choose who owns & keeps the bad feelings." "

A beautiful story I read somewhere.....
Trust
"A man just got married & was returning home with his wife. They were crossing a lake in a boat when suddenly a great storm arose. The man was a warrior, but the woman became very much afraid because it seemed almost hopeless -- THE BOAT WAS SMALL & THE STORM WAS REALLY HUGE, AND ANY MOMENT THEY WERE GOING TO BE DROWNED. But the man sat silently, calm & quiet, as if nothing was happening.
The woman was trembling & she said, "Are you not afraid? This may be our last moment of life! IT DOESN'T SEEM THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO REACH THE OTHER SHORE. Only some miracle can save us, otherwise death is certain. Are you not afraid? Are you mad or something? Are you a stone or something?"
THE MAN LAUGHED & TOOK THE SWORD OUT OF ITS SHEATH. The woman was even more puzzled -- what he is doing? Then he brought the naked sword close to the woman's neck -- so close that just a small gap was there, it was almost touching her neck.
He said, "ARE YOU AFRAID?"
She started to giggle and laugh & said, "WHY SHOULD I BE AFRAID? If the sword is in your hands, why should I be afraid? I know you love me."
He put the sword back & said,
"This is my answer. I know God loves me, & the sword is in His hands, & the storm is in His hands -- so WHATSOEVER IS GOING TO HAPPEN IS GOING TO BE GOOD. If we survive, good; if we don't survive, good -- because EVERYTHING IS IN HIS HANDS, AND HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING WRONG."
This is the trust one needs to imbibe. SUCH TREMENDOUS TRUST IS CAPABLE OF TRANSFORMING YOUR WHOLE LIFE! And ONLY such tremendous trust is capable of transforming your life -- less than that won't do.

PRANIC HEALING CENTRE IN CHANDIGARH......

I read this somewhere , like to share this with all you......
Value the Precious Human Life & Utilize It
A group of alumni, highly established in their careers of being courtiers in rich kingdoms, got together to visit their old gurukula teacher. Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life trying to please the royalty. The Gurudev’s wife wanted to offer the guests some badam flavoured milk in a few cups. Being an elderly lady, she initially got the empty cups out. Some of the cups were brand new and made of gold, some were middle-aged and made of silver and others were very old & were made of bronze or copper. The Gurudev accompanied the Guru Maatha (Gurudev’s wife) into the kitchen to assist her in getting the pot of hot badam flavoured milk. Gurudeva & Guru Maatha slowly started offering their guest the milk.
They requested the students to help themselves. When all the students had a cup of milk in hand, the Gurudeva said,"If you noticed, all the nice looking expensive cups were taken up, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones.. While it is but normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress. What all of you really wanted was milk, not the cup, but you consciously went for the best cups and were eyeing each other ' s cups Now if life is milk, then the jobs, money and position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold and contain Life, but the quality of Life doesn't change. Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the milk in it."
Moral: Don't let the cups drive you.. Enjoy the milk instead. Human Life is precious. For maintenance of the body and family certain material benefits are required. But having go this rare human life better concentrate on enjoying it.

PRANIC ENERGY HELPS YOU TO HEAL YOUR BODY AND MIND......Dr.vandana raghuvanshi, pranic healer in Chandigarh

PRANIC HEALING IN CHANDIGARH (INDIA)....Iread this intersting article somewhere, every one will understand what is positive energy after reading this .....dr.vandana raghuvanshi, pranic healer in chandigarh

Allowing Our Light to Shine - Removing Obstructions
When we remove obstructions in our path our light can more easily come forth.
There are times when we may not feel at our best & brightest. At those times we can take a look at what we might do to let our inner light shine to the fullest. Because we are physical, mental & spiritual beings, we need to determine where our spiritual light is being filtered or blocked. We can work from the outside inward, knowing that we are the only ones with the power to dim our lights & as we clear away the layers we can get out of our own way to feel the warmth of our own light shining again.
As vehicles for our mind & soul, our bodies require proper maintenance. Caring for ourselves is like polishing--helping to clear away the accumulation of physical debris that keeps us from operating at our fullest capacity. A simple shift in our thoughts can positively affect our mental state, moving from complaints to gratitude & applying the powerful light of love to any shadowy thoughts. A change of scenery can allow us to see the world in new ways too.
Once we are free of our restrictions, we can become still & connect to the power at the center of our being. It is always there for us, but when we forget to connect, or siphon our power in too many directions, we cannot make the most of our energy. Starting from the inside out may direct us to take the right steps for our journeys back to the light, but sometimes it can be difficult to find the stillness if our bodies & minds are in the way. As we practice steps to keep our energy flowing freely & without obstruction, we shine our light brightly, illuminating our own paths & making the world around us glow as well.

Iread this somewhere , feel like sharing with all of you......dr.vandana raghuvanshi, pranic healer in Chandigarh

Why is it that we sometimes are unable to experience joy & bliss? What can we do to overcome the situation?

A tree is justified by fragrant flowers bringing forth sweet fruits. If on the other hand, its leaves dry, flowers fade & the fruits refuse to grow, the farmer will examine the roots & discover that they are eaten up by pests. So too, if virtues do not blossom & yield sweet fruits in you, then the roots of Divinity might have been destroyed or harmed. Envy, greed, malice, anger etc. are the pests that rapidly destroy the roots. All of you are near & dear to the Divine; only you must have the staunch determination to realize Him. Welcome hardships, trials & challenges. Dwell on the Name of the Divine which is dear to you, steadily & with faith. Discard all inferior sources of joy. Know that the Divine is the spring of joy in every heart. When you repeat the Name of the Divine with a pure heart, HE will fill you with bliss & joy.

Jealousy & hatred do more harm to those who entertain these feelings than to those towards whom these are expressed.
